Policies

Thanks for considering Keys Massage and Bodywork for your therapeutic massage. Below are a few common policies we try to adhere to:

Arrival Time

Please try to arrive on time for your session. However, if you are running late please call and let us know. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment and haven't called, I will assume you are not coming.
If possible, please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, so we can go over your specific needs for the massage session.
New clients will be asked to fill out an intake form, so please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your first appointment in order to do that.

Cancellations

Please try to contact us within a 24 hour period to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to schedule someone else for your slot.
If you do not show up for your appointment and haven't called us, you will be charged for the full price of your missed session.

Referrals

I appreciate you sharing my name with others. For any client you refer, you will receive a $10.00 credit towards your next session.
